Custom Planting, Custom
Containers
We take great pride in our custom
grown containers. Bring us your empty pots or purchase new ones
here and let us design for your unique style and conditions. We
recommend four to six weeks grow time in our greenhouses, so if
you need them for mid May, bring them to us in early April. We have
found that by letting us get the plants established early for you,
they perform much better once you get them home. The cost is more
than planting it yourself, but the convenience, durability, and
beauty of a custom creation is well worth it.
Special Orders
If you know what plants you will
need for spring planting, and want to place a pre-order, we will
be glad to help you. The plant varieties we sell are listed under
"What we Grow". To make ordering easier we do require orders of
full flats, same variety only, and a 20% non-refundable deposit.
Hanging baskets have no minimum requirements. Call the retail store
to place your order, and we will have your plants ready when you
need them!
What's New
Gardening is the thing to do these
days, so to answer your requests, we have doubled our seed selection.
We now carry a new line of organic seed, soil, fertilizers, and
pesticides.
Check our new Jet Star tomato variety.
We now offer wave petunias in a 606
pack.
We have new 10", 12", and 14" basket
combinations.
In 2009 we started selling trees
and shrubs in our retail store. Positive customer response encouraged
us to continue and increase our selection. We offer varieties grown
in Idaho for hardiness, beauty and durability. Look in "What we
Grow" for a listing of varieties available. Special orders available
, if you don't see what you're looking for.
Tours
Tours of our greenhouses are available
to the public free of charge February, March, and April by appointment.
We welcome school children every spring and send them away with
a small flower they plant themselves. Book your tour early, as the
times fill quickly. With over 280,000 square feet of covered greenhouses
to look through, there is plenty to see.
